2022 Resolutions

Time for new years resolutions for 2022.
Time Management:
- I will cut all social media use save Twitter and will seriously constrain the total amount spent on Twitter too.
Diet and Health:
- 2022 shall be a dry(ish) year! I will spare one drinking day per month so a total of 12 days of exception.
- Continuing with Paleo(ish) Diet. I will keep hard cheeses and yogurt in and nuts out. No seed oils as usual. Fruits when they are in season.
- I will continue with daily intermittent fasting and the occasional 2-5 days longer fasts.
- Resveratrol, NAD+ boosters, Berberin, VitD and K supplements.
Sleep:
This is the hardest thing to follow. I will try yet again to be at bed by 11pm and wake up around 7am.
Exercise:
My joint problems severely limit the type of exercises I can do. My goal is to swim twice a week.
Readings
This year I will try to focus my readings on specific topics. I have come to realize that when I jump from topic to topic, I have a hard time forming opinions on subjects or get a good grasp of them. So this year I will read many books around the same topic and will spare more time to think, digest the info and form opinions.

Topic 2: The Evolution of Rationality, Altruism and Cooperation
Topic 3: Nomads and Central Asia
Comics in Italian.
Languages:
I want to learn Italian and Farsi this year. Goal is to get my Italian to a B level and my Farsi to an A2.
